Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
